 Introduction

The EconoLux PRO-LED series is designed specifically for the requirements and the environmental conditions of greenhouses and other professional applications.

◊ Spectrum - The PRO-LED series is based on our proprietary, 24 band, ELPL-COB-100W grow light chips. These COB's have a 90~95% match to the PAR curve and allow you to select a standard PAR curve, or a flowering/blooming PAR curve (with extra red);

◊ IP65 rated (waterproof) - can be used in damp/wet or high humidity locations such as greenhouses with spray/drip irrigation systems;

◊ Passive cooling - (no fans - no noise). The PRO-LED series are low maintenance fixtures as they don't need fan replacement or periodic fan cleaning. They can be cleaned (if necessary) with a garden hose, or pressure washer (set to low);

◊ Beam-spread angles - Standard 45°beam-angle, high transmission, Borosilicate glass lenses. The lenses focus the light onto the plants. The 45° lenses also allow the lights to be hung higher above the plants without loosing intensity, for ease of cultivation. (60° and 90° lenses are optionally available);

◊ Wattages - Currently available in a 200W model (400W and 600W models available shortly);

◊ Power - Universal type drivers - 100~250VAC 50/60Hz, can operate in almost any country worldwide (optionally available in 347V and 480V, 50/60Hz versions).

ELPL PRO-LED Series Options

The PRO-LED series is designed for professional applications and offers some options that can be installed when ordering:

Spectrum: The LED-PRO series comes with your choice of the ELPL-COB-BMC light engine chips, which produce a spectrum with an 85% match to the McCree Curve for general purpose growing:

You can optionally choose the ELPL-COB-PF light engine, or the ELPL-COB-P which both offer a close 95% match to the PAR curve.  The PAR-PF type has an additional 10% red light output for growing flowering and fruiting plants:

Beam Spread: The LED-PRO series comes standard with 90° high-transmission, borosilicate glass lenses. They are also available with 45°, 60° and 120° beam-spread lenses at time of ordering. The narrower the beam-spread angle, the higher the lights can be hung over the plants. The charts below will help you to choose which beam-spread is best for your installation:

Input Voltages: The LED-PRO series comes standard with CE and TUV approved 100~250VAC, 50/60Hz, LED "universal" type drivers (UL approved drivers optionally available). They are also optionally available with CE and UL approved 347VAC and 480VAC, 50/60 Hz drivers - please inquire.

ELPL PRO-LED 100W UL Approved Grow Light

The EconoLux ELPL PRO-LED 100W is a rugged, UL and ULc approved, 100W LED plant/grow light, powered by 1 of our proprietary 24 band (wavelengths), ELPL-COB-100W, light engines, with a close match to the PAR curve.

The PRO-LED series is designed for professional applications as its IP-65 rated (waterproof), passively cooled (no fans), and comes standard with 45° beam-angle, high transmission Borosilicate glass lenses (60° and 90° lenses are optionally available).

The 100W model can be configured with different spectrums of the ELPL COB light engines, to provide a 90~95% match to the PAR curve (ELPL-COB-100W-P), or a 90~95% match to the PAR curve (ELPL-COB-100W-PF) with extra red light for use with flowering or fruiting plants.  We can also install the BMC type COBs to provide an 85% match to the McCree Curve, to insure you get the spectrum you need for your plants to flourish.

The EconoLux ELPL PRO-LED 200W and the ELPL PRO-LED 200W-CE are rugged 200W LED plant/grow lights, powered by one of our proprietary ELPL-COB-200W, 24 band (wavelengths) light engines.   The ELPL PRO-LED 200W is UL approved, while the ELPL PRO-LED 200W-CE is CE approved.
